Due to the nature of food products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest safety and quality standards for all our customers.

⚠️ However, in rare cases, if you receive a product that is damaged, expired, defective, or different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such situations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
